The Holder provides safety of personal data and takes all possible measures excluding access to personal data of unauthorized persons.

Personal data of the User will never, under no circumstances will be transferred to third parties, except for their transfer to Distributors for the purposes set forth in this Policy, and cases related to the execution of the current legislation.

In case of identification of inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them independently, by sending the Holder a notice to the e-mail address of the Holder info@kazakhupack.kz with the note "Personal Data Update".

The period of processing of personal data is unlimited. The user can at any time withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data by sending the Holder a notice by e-mail to the e-mail address of the Holder info@kazakhupack.kz with the note "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data".

Transboundary transfer of personal data

The Holder has the right to carry out cross-border transfer of Personal Data to Distributors for the purposes specified in this Policy.

In other cases at trans-border transfer of Personal Data the Holder proceeds from the presence of an international agreement between the parties, according to which the receiving party provides an adequate level of protection of rights and freedoms of subjects of Personal Data and protection of Personal Data, established in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Final provisions

The User may obtain any clarifications on questions of interest regarding the processing of his/her Personal Data by contacting the Holder via e-mail at info@kazakhupack.kz.

This document will reflect any changes in the policy of processing of Personal Data by the Holder. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
